Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Xtenfer AI (a practice of Xtenfer Consulting Inc.) collects, uses, and protects information from people who visit this website and from clients who engage us for consulting services. “We,” “us,” and “Xtenfer” refer to Xtenfer AI and its parent company Xtenfer Consulting Inc.

Two categories of data are handled very differently: (1) information from website visitors, which is governed by this policy, and (2) client data processed during a consulting engagement, which is governed by the Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and any applicable Business Associate Agreement or data processing addendum signed for that engagement.

From website visitors:

• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (used for hosting, security, and performance)
• Information you voluntarily provide on forms or via email

When you book a call:

• Name, email, and any scheduling details you share through Cal.com
• Notes or context you voluntarily provide about your business

During consulting engagements:

• Only the client data specified in the engagement’s Statement of Work
• Handled under the confidentiality, security, and compliance terms of that engagement

• Respond to inquiries and deliver requested services
• Operate, secure, and improve this website
• Comply with legal obligations
• Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

We do not use client data to train our own models or submit it to third-party model providers for training purposes. Where we use third-party AI services as part of an engagement, we configure those services with zero-retention or enterprise confidentiality terms wherever available, and we document that configuration in the engagement’s security appendix.

This site uses only essential cookies required for core functionality, including cookies set by our scheduling provider (Cal.com) when you open the booking widget. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Some site features (such as the booking widget) may not function if essential cookies are blocked.

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate this site and our business:

• Vercel — website hosting (SOC 2 Type II)
• Cal.com — booking and scheduling
• Google Workspace — email and calendar

Each vendor is subject to its own privacy terms. We maintain a current list of subprocessors used in client engagements and share it on request.

• Website inquiries: retained while the relationship is active, then periodically deleted
• Booking records: retained per Cal.com’s terms and our internal CRM policy
• Client data: retained per the engagement’s Statement of Work; deleted on request at engagement end

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing Luka@Xtenfer.ai. Residents of jurisdictions with additional rights (e.g., California, EU/UK) may exercise those rights through the same channel; we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
